Come learn from Lakeland University's very own chefs, and learn how to feel confident in the kitchen! This camp is intended for ages 11-14.  If individuals that would like to participate but are outside of this age range, please contact Jonathan Feld at Feldj@lakeland.edu.  


Individuals participating in this camp will learn the following skills:

• Basic knife skills for preparing food.
• Money management
• Kitchen hygiene
• Short order cooking skills
• Proper temperature of meats before serving
• Butchering techniques
• Soup making skills 

Camp cost:  $325 community members or $250 for children of a LU employee
